Your order will be shipped straight away (within 2 business days) and should arrive within 8 business days (max) for standard post, or 5 business days (max) for express. If an order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us and we will contact Australia Post on your behalf.
We've done our very best to keep shipping affordable. Regular post is a flat rate of $11.95 or free for orders over $150 (excludes value of gift cards). Express post is $15.95 for all orders. There are alternative rates for bulky items. These will be shown on the individual product pages.

No, but I can deliver! During the checkout procedure, select "local delivery". There is a small fee of $5 for delivery. For larger orders, delivery is free. This service is for Rockhampton and Gracemere residents.

You can add the "Gift Wrapping" product to your cart to indicate you would like your items wrapped, or contact us as soon as you order. We can add a little note on a card if you wish, and even post directly to your recipient - simply let us know your requirements in the "Order Notes" box on the shopping cart page.

Nope. The Toy Chest is an ecommerce store, meaning we operate entirely online. We are a small family business, so our office and inventory is kept at our home and we don't have a shop-front. However, if you are local to Rockhampton or Gracemere in Queensland, I offer a delivery service. You can select this option during the checkout procedure.
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make and receive purchases right away while paying for them over four interest-free payments made every 2 weeks.
